Nice location, very obliging staff, plenty of food for the continental breakfast. The best rocky beach I've seen before now. Also, art deco historic district was situated on the doorstep. I ate at the hotel's casual restaurant, liked it. Fairly clean property, EXCEPTIONAL service.

All in all a convenient hotel and decent stay. Perfect design in the rooms, fresh food, an amazing building. The bedroom was great, and the bed was lovely. Very knowledgeable staff & brilliant pool. The property has best possible location right by South Beach. Loved the nearby Primo Bakery, they had my favorite coffee.

it was moderately priced, compared to other boutique style hotels. excellent accommodating staff, cool setting. the staff did all they can for a wonderful stay. we loved the superior king room which was decent sized. had mixed drinks in the main bar in the evening. bakery antico pizza napoletana was within walking distance.
